The Faculty Senate was called to order by Jeannette Mageo, Chair on Thursday April 11, 2019 in FSHN T101 at 3:30 p.m. Fifty-Two (52) members were present with Nineteen (19) absent and eight (8) nonvoting members present.

- DISCUSSION: Several senators expressed concerns on how this proposed document will affect faculty. It was suggested that a task force or some kind of accountability be created in order to monitor compliance. Motion to move to action item. Motion Carried

- Constituents’ Concerns.
- Faculty are encouraged to attend the Research Town hall on April 25 as this event is being held to address constituent concerns raised. It was also reported that the concerns raised on the Drive to 25, the PBL distribution and other issues were not fully resolved. Chair reported these concerns will be brought to the attention to administration for further clarification and results will be updated on the website.
