Time Commitment

The Catalogue Subcommittee meets every Thursday.

The workload for individual members varies depending on how many requests come in from specific departments. Committee members are assigned different departments for a given semester.  For each item, a primary and secondary member are assigned for preliminary review. The primary member addresses initial concerns with the faculty/department. Once those concerns are addressed, the committee member advances the item to be discussed at the weekly meeting.

Total time commitment is typically 80 minutes for the weekly meeting and a possible 0-2 hours of additional work each week depending.
