According to Ryan H. Goodell, Executive Director of WSU’s Contracts and Real Estate Office (CREO), the theaters within Daggy are rented to Sanctuary Studio, who are allowed to sublet those spaces when not in use. Real Life is one of the subletters. The rental requirement requires signage only be displayed when the spaces are in use (Sunday for Real Life). Ryan has communicated with Sanctuary on this issue so I expect the signs will be removed soon.
