The Faculty Senate met on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in French 130D and via Zoom. Forty-Seven (47) senators were present with forty-three (43) absent and eighteen (18) non-voting members present. The meeting was called to order by the Senate Chair, Eric Shelden at 4:01 pm.

7. Constituent Concerns
   1. Concern: Attendance in lecture relating to faculty cancelling class on Friday and concern for. HRS reduced hours at the crimson desk -J. Schnieder
   2. Concern: -Some faculty do cancel class relating to the Friday football game and parking. Humanities faculty concern related to faculty leaving due to vast inequity in salaries across different departments and overall low compensation.  -T. Bennefield
