Functions:

Serves as an advisory committee to the Vice Provost for Research on all University intellectual property (e.g.) patent, copyright, and trademark, especially with regard to University policy on these matters as detailed in the Faculty Manual .

Reviews all University patent, copyright, trademark, and related matters.

Six faculty, with three-year terms, one of whom will be appointed chair by the Vice Provost for Research. (F)
