Functions:

Reviews the University's fundraising and distribution priorities and provides recommendations on these priorities to the administration, faculty and Faculty Senate.

Makes recommendations to the Foundation administration on faculty initiatives and concerns.

Facilitates faculty participation in Foundation activities.
Composition and Tenure:

Fourteen faculty, one from each college, branch campus, and the library to be elected by the Faculty Senate. (F)

The Foundation president, one senior vice president of the Foundation, and the executive secretary of the Senate will be ex officio members. (X)
Chair elected by the committee.
